Right from the time I contacted them, to setting up a site visit, to getting the job completed, I had a great experience with World glass. Communicating and booking a visit was easy with Bridgette. I talked to a number of glass installation companies but none of them were as courteous and took the time to explain all the different types of glass and hardware as this company.   Ziad was wonderful to work with and came out the same day to take detailed measurements and schedule an install date.   The installation went super smooth for both my showers and he made sure that everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied with the work.    I really appreciate owners that take pride in their craft and truly appreciate Ziad's excellent customer service. From my first contact with World glass I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the contact person Brigette. March 2025 I requested World glass Build me two glass table tops one being a half moon, the other being a 44 inch circumference.. Far beyond my expectations. We needed a glass table top for our dining table and called around for quotes and World Glass by far was the best price. They were less than half the price of other quotes and bonus, they delivered for free since we were pretty close. Communication was easy, provided photos and dimensions via text to confirm before ordering and within a week, our table top was done and delivered. Was extremely pleased with the customer service and glass work from world glass!  See photos! I wanted a replacement glass with a whole bunch of custom features and they did much better than the original better fit for the table, cleaner tint (consistent) and tempered. Last photo is from a. Competitor who quoted 3800 I paid 1/5th of that price. No delivery cost for me and they came to my place at a moments notice. Will definitely be doing more business with them. Extremely affordable not sacrificing quality. Very easy working with them, they came over measured and removed my glass and had it sent to me the following week. The lady over the phone was super helpful and accurate with her quotes that matched the techs work. They do not pressure on sales and extremely nice to work with!
